Include the control / monitoring panels that will be mounted at grade in an NEC hazardous gas area of Class I Division 2, Groups C and D. These panels will be mounted outdoors and be suitable for that installation in Philadelphia. The Light assemblies to be mounted on the stack will be mounted in a non-hazardous area. Retractable system for the lighting components to be replaceable at the platform level (aprox 110' above grade) or at grade elevation. There are three (3) combination light assemblies and the three (3) control panels as described above. Please provide cost to supply all required hardware for complete installation and labor for installation of complete obstruction lighting system with retracting mechanisms. Please also include the lead time for material delivery and time required for installation."
