Seasonal Flight Management - Ideal for airport information management when users experience increased levels of passenger and air traffic during holiday periods. Flight Information Display System

The systems also enables the display of advertisements, rich media and real time weather updates corresponding to specific flight data. The advantage of TAV IT's Flight information Display System is that it integrates seamlessly with the Airport Operation Database, allowing the latest flight information to be transferred to display systems quickly and automatically.

The TAV IT Flight Information Display System is ideally suited for installation in international airports. Equipped with a multilingual interface, the system displays information in English, Georgian, Arabic, Cyrillic, French, Hindi, Chinese and Japanese and can intermittently switch between these languages. Designed as a multi-tiered application, TAV IT's Flight Information Display System is able to refresh individual data streams, maintaining page continuity and keeping passengers up to date with flight and airport information as it happens.

Airport Resource Management System

TAV IT's Airport Resource Management System optimises airport operations, including mobile resources, baggage belt systems and check-in desk services. Using existing data and information, simulations can be run to prepare staff for unexpected events or emergencies. This variety of airport information management system offers a "dashboard" interface featuring touch screen technology, designed for ease of use by control centre staff. The dashboard is split into 8 separate functionality modules, including:

Rule & Optimization Engine - Essentially enables personnel to model data relationships/ constraints for both resources and tasks by there potential attributes. Having defined these constraints, the system is intelligent enough to calculate an attribute-constraint mapping which results in the auto-scheduling of tasks.

Dashboard Management Console - The interface for TAV IT's Airport Resource Management System is designed for the ease of airport planning and operation. In "Planning Mode" the user can plan airport resources, aided by the optimization engine, in relation to task requirements. In "Operation Mode" the user can monitor and manage active flights and airport resources.

Flight Management - The flight management module is handles both Active and Seasonal flight operations. Seasonal Flight functionality ensures that flight data can be input conveniently and easily. Once the data is processed, the system produces flight schedules and active flight information. The system can be integrated with TAV IT's Flight Information Display System to automatically update flight information in real time.

Integration Module - TAV IT uses xml-based messaging for enhanced integration with airport subsystems. This enables the sharing of real-time up-to-date information for all system users. TAV IT's Airport Resource Management System is currently compatible with the following airport subsystems: Airport Operational Database, Energy Management, Air Traffic Control, Baggage Handling, Building Management, Flight Information and Gate Operating System.

Reference Data Management - Enables the Airport Resource Management System components to operate efficiently and accurately. This module allows personnel to define airport resources so the system can select and display resources relevant to required capabilities.

User Management - Actions performed by users are stored with timestamp detail for monitoring purposes.
