Since 1998, pks services have supported the Airline and Travel Industry and their Service Providers. Operating from our custom built workshop facility on the perimeter of Heathrow Airport, pks repair and maintains products such as ATB Ticket Printers, ALC Terminals, Controllers, Kiosks, Touch Screens, Card Readers, Printers and Data Gathering Keyboards.
Our workshops are staffed by fully qualified engineers who have over 60 years experience in the Multi Vendor Maintenance Industry. This, combined with the huge investment in test equipment and training, means that we employ some of the most skilled and highly qualified technicians in the business.
We are also able to support your back office printing requirements. Offering repair and refurbishment for laser printers, ink and dot matrix printers, fuser units and maintenance kits and spare parts for the Multi Vendor Printing Industry.
Incorporated into the fixed price repair, pks provide to our clients on a weekly / monthly basis, comprehensive reports detailing each unit received, fault logged, repair carried out, parts used and turnaround time. It is also possible for our system if required, to carry out asset management on our clients behalf showing a unit has moved from one location, been through the pks workshop, held in good stock and finally dispatched to a new location.

Refurbishment, Second User Products and Spare Parts for Airport Hardware
pks services recognise the initial investment in hardware and therefore, the need to extend a products lifecycle.
We carry out full refurbishment of perceived end of life products and utilising our experience in the industry, are also able to source replacement second user units and spare parts.
Each product passing through our workshop is stripped down with all worn and tired parts replaced. The unit is cleaned and cosmetically enhanced where possible. It is then fully tested in the environment in which it is to be deployed and test prints / tickets enclosed. Only then is it given the pks 6 month warranty.
Workshop Repairs and Onsite Maintenance for ATB and Boarding Pass Printers
pks provide return to base (RTB) workshop repairs and Onsite maintenance for ATB Printers, Boarding Pass Printers, Gate Readers, Back Office Printers, Touch Screens, Kiosks and Airport related products.
We can offer annual contracts or break/fix services. Options of 4 & 8hr response time, adhoc repairs, preventative maintenance and loan equipment and on site spares are also available.
pks services utilises the Vantage tracking system, whereby each unit repaired is given a unique identification code. The system can identify customer units by: serial number, customer order number, customer job number or, the pks unique identification number. We keep a record of each individual unit for a minimum period of two years, which enables us to track regularly reported faults and reoccurring units.
The unit's identifier is stored on our database with a description of the fault reported and eventual repair details.
For inhouse repairs, at any time during the products stay with us we can plot its exact status, whether it is awaiting repair, in product release or awaiting dispatch.
As part of our commitment to customer services, dedicated account engineers and proactive system escalations ensure that pks are within the SLA to our client's specifications.
