PRM Assistance

Falck runs services for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) at Copenhagen Airport in accordance with the EU-rules, implemented from July 26th 2008. Falck has run special transport and care services for persons with reduced mobility for decades. Together with our long experience in emergency medical services in many European countries, we feel confident to provide care services to airport passengers. Our specially trained personnel provide PRM assistance to over 90,000 passengers a year at Copenhagen Airport.

In addition to a wide range of assistive aid equipment, we have a PRM-lounge with facilities for the PRM-passengers. The services are run smoothly with the help of our control room, equipped with an effective and reliable IT-solution.

Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting

Falck is one of the largest private providers of airport rescue and fire fighting services in the world. Falck has experience with fire fighting since the 1920's, and is a leading company in public fire brigades, running fire brigades for the majority of Danish municipalities, and industrial fire fighting for risk facilities like nuclear power plants and petrochemical sites in Spain, Romania and Slovakia.

We have experience in airport fire fighting, running the fire brigades in Stockholm Arlanda and Bromma airports in Sweden and in the new Ciudad Real Airport in Spain. Falck also runs fire training facilities in many countries, among them the Netherlands, Spain and Denmark. Falck is therefore able to offer a comprehensive package of airport fire fighting.
