Airport Boarding Gate Readers

IER's range of boarding control solutions includes both boarding gate readers for manned gates as well as fully automated boarding gates solutions:

Part or the IER new range of 2D barcode solutions are two new boarding gate readers:

• IER 600: multi-format 2D barcode reader dedicated to airlines and airports which already fully adopt the Bar Coded Boarding Passes.
• IER 610: multi-format ATB and 2D barcode gate reader, ideal to migrate from ATB to 2D barcode.

Both readers can read Aztec, Datamatrix and QR Code barcodes on cell phones or PDAs.

Automated Boarding Gates:

• IER SpeedBoarding® Gates (SBG): complete self boarding solution that can also include, besides the high technology gate, the self-boarding applications as well as the gate monitoring system. The SBG can be completed with biometric devices so as to perform passenger authentication as well.
