A United Airlines pilot has been arrested at Heathrow Airport on suspicion of being drunk at work.
Police said the 44-year-old pilot was arrested at Terminal 1 after providing a breath test to police.
He is being held on suspicion of "performing an aviation function whilst exceeding the alcohol limit".
The man was "removed from duty" and has been bailed to return to Heathrow police station on 16th January.

The incident happened on Sunday.
Although no details have been officially released, UK media are reporting that the pilot was due to fly to San Francisco.
A United Airlines spokeswoman said: "Safety is our number one priority and the pilot has been removed from service while we are co-operating with the authorities and conducting a full investigation".
The legal alcohol limit for pilots is nine micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
This is three times as strict as the UK drink-drive limit, which is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
