YED produces standard and custom products, consisting of Avionic Databus interfaces for many standard platforms (PC, PCI, PC/104, hand held and bench top, standalone, etc.). Our PC card interfaces are commonly used in PC's to test or simulate equipment and systems. Whereas our PC/104 embedded solutions are used in real systems.

We also provide a range of Hand Held Databus equipment (DATAIR-400, DATAIR-400/TR & DATAIR-1500) for in the field use on aircraft where a PC or laptop would be too cumbersome. And for lab use we have the bench top equivalent of the Hand Held Databus equipment.

More recently we have become a leading supplier of customised Data Protocol Converters. This type equipment is employed where two or more systems operating on different Databus Standards (ARINC429, ADF806, PANAVIA, RS422, MIL-STD-1553, etc) need to communicate and pass data to and from each other.

This is made possible using one of our Converters. There are many variations of these Converters as each customer's requirement is usually quite unique and we are able to provide the custom software and hardware to meet your requirement.
