PD Systems International is a UK based company which designs and manufactures large screen CRT and LCD monitors for all public information applications. Formed in 1982, the company has a long pedigree supplying the right product at the right time and at the right price.
Our airport customers use our monitors for Flight Information, Check In, Gate, Baggage, Staff and Car Park applications. We also supply the rail, auction house and general public information display markets.
Our CRT Monitors are available in 25” and 28” 4:3, and 28” and 32” 16:9 formats. Our ground breaking TFT LCD Monitors are available in 30” and 40” screen sizes and feature a sharp bright picture coupled with a backlight operating life to half brightness of 50,000 hours.
To support our monitors we have developed a high performance XGA/VGA Video Extender System. The PC and monitor may be separated by up to 300m using low cost CAT5 cable with minimal loss of picture quality. The latest development has added a de-skew circuit which eliminates the errors due to differences in the length of the twisted pairs within a CAT5 cable sheath. This means that our VX Signal Extender is suitable for even the highest resolution monitors.
