MPD Group Limited was established in 2000 by the merging of specialist aviation consulting practices under the control of two of the current directors: John Mills and John Phillips.

MPD provides consulting services on civil aviation and specialises in recommending business and management solutions that meet the challenges and opportunities of the industry.

All the directors and senior consultants of the company have extensive top level international experience of civil aviation. This real hands-on experience was gained with airlines, airports, air traffic services, ICAO, IATA and Governmental aviation licensing and regulatory authorities.
