Aviation Meters

A standard in M Series Class 2 (aviation) PD meters. No metal-to-metal contact provides the longest, most reliable service in the industry for this class of meter. Compact, cost efficient package offers unmatched value. Accessories include choice of mechanical or electronic registration with optional temperature and volume compensation.

Electronic Meter Register

SAMPI TE550 electronic register is a state of the art, fully programmable, electronic register suitable for application with any meter providing a pulse signal, either for direct or remote mounting, and especially Electronic Meter Register designed for load rack management.

In remote mounting, the TE550 is able to simultaneously control loading operation on up to 4 arms, displaying totals, flowrates, preset values and operator massages. It is possible to display simultaneously the 4 displays of the different arms through its backlit graphic display.

A modular and flexible design, with a wide range of available options, makes the TE550 the ideal solution in aviation refueler truck loading. The flexibility of firmware and hardware allows us to offer customized solutions to meet nearly any application within the petroleum industry.

Rotary Vane Fuel Pump

Self priming rotary vane pump with internal by-pass valve. The pumps use a rotor with sliding vanes to draw the liquid. The material of construction is nodular iron with sliding vanes built in a special self lubricating material. Mechanical seals are available for different types of liquids. Due to its efficiency the pumps can handle viscous and also volatile liquids and require less horsepower than other equivalent pumps. The pumps are capable of higher flow-rates at lower number of revolutions than other designs.

The pumps are widely used on mobile applications or fixed installations. With cardan shafts or hydraulic motor the pumps can be installed on any kind of tank truck or they are coupled to electric or diesel engine on metal bases to be used either on terminals, heavy duty dispensers, pumping/metering skids. mobile transfer units. Equipped with Teflon seals the pumps can also be used on a wide variety of solvents in the petrochemical industry.
