Touch Screen Kiosks (Way Finding System)
PathQuest system is a Self-Service Way-finding & Information Kiosk Solution to help users with their multitude of needs at airports, malls, bus-stations, museums, train or railway stations, hospitals, public facilities, schools and other large facilities. Based on visitor input, the Way-finder displays maps and suggests routes in real-time, eliminating the need to get help from strangers or helpdesk.
The information module can be configured to display any type of static or dynamic information about the facility, services and the city. Information about flights, buses, events, cafes, restaurants, taxi, hotel, city, tourist, and shopping can be configured. It has the ability to display advertisements and link with RSS feeds for flash news, promos etc. The Feedback module is a paperless efficient tool in tracking the user's experience and satisfaction.
The built in report generator analyses all the data and produces reports on which the administrator and management can take decisions on reconfiguration. It is centrally administered through a server and supports unlimited number of languages to serve users from all backgrounds, cultures and countries. PathQuest is an off-the-shelf product ready to run out of the box and is highly flexible and configurable by the facility owner.
