European Antennas Ltd specialise in the design and manufacture of high quality and performance microwave antennas within the frequency band 250MHz to 28GHz, with capability for specialist antennas up to 40GHz.
Their directional flat panel antennas, base station sector antennas and omni-directional antennas are used world-wide for WLAN, Tetra, PMR, broadband, security and surveillance applications. The company has worked with many renown commercial and government organisations developing and providing antennas for PMR radio systems, broadband data carrying wireless LAN systems and broadband antennas for micro-cellular base stations in high density areas including airports, terminals and stations.
Antenna development projects are undertaken for specific projects. The company's on-site near field spherical test facility ensures antennas under development meet desired criteria and radiation pattern envelopes. All antennas are tested throughout manufacture to ensure they meet quoted specification. A large catalogue of existing antenna designs is available, many of which can, and have been, customised to meet individual customer's specifications.
European Antennas Ltd has achieved steady growth since formation in 1991 and is now part of the Cobham Antennas Division, within Cobham plc. The research and development laboratory, test facility, manufacturing plant and administration offices are at their Cheveley plant in the UK.
