Door Systems – The Flowside / Revolving Doors

The Door Systems product range from Boon Edam includes: Manual revolving doors, Automatic revolving doors and Special Purpose Doors designed to fit the specific requirements of airport buildings.
Our newest Special Purpose door, the Flowslide, was developed in partnership with ADP (Aéroports de Paris) to separate passenger flows at Charles de Gaulle airport. The Flowslide is the latest Boon Edam product to be developed in partnership with the airport industry to ensure a complete understanding of the needs and requirements of airports.

Airport Energy Saving Solutions
Revolving doors from Boon Edam offer airport energy saving solutions properties to make your airport more environmentally friendly than buildings with sliding or conventional doors. In insulated buildings, between 20 and 50 percent of the energy loss occurs around the windows and doors. An energy efficient revolving door is always open and always closed, thereby reducing the amount of energy required to heat/cool the airport.
