Since 1985 A.S.I. has been the industry leader in the design and construction of specialized aviation facilities. To date we have completed over 200 projects at airports around the globe.
Working with the industries largest fixed base operators, cargo operators, and commercial carriers has provided us the opportunity to interface with nearly every major airport in the world. It has been our privilege to be of service to these clients as well.
Our successful appointments encompass all phases of airport design and consultancy including master planning, asset inventory and management, on-call architectural and engineering services, appraisal, third party inspections, quantity surveying, design build and construction management.
Understanding the operations of the base tenants, an understanding gained over two decades of service, enhances our ability to provide insightful and coordinated design.
Mindful that our continued success is tied to the growth of the industry as a whole we contemplate what the future may hold for aviation. We believe that the next decade will see unparalleled growth at the second and third level reliever airports.
The over crowded commercial slots, phenomenal growth of charter and micro-share operators, and the increasing affordability of private ownership are factors strongly influencing our opinion.
It is likely that well positioned general aviation airports will benefit as well, particularly those located near major transportation networks. We have seen a trend of large cargo operations moving from major commercial hubs to take advantage of lower ground rent, less congestion and available work force.
Several of our charter clients have established residence at smaller airports for similar reasons. Having their own facility assures continuity of the service provided their passengers at a fraction of the cost of most major airports.
