SubscribeCavotec Fladung has developed a range of special connectors to ensure fast and secure connection to aircraft.
Together with optional equipment such as the Temperature Control 2000 (which measures aircraft receptacle temp).
400 Hz Connector - 2000 model
This connector features:
- Interchangeable connector contacts
- Intechangeable connector forepart
- Interchangeable connector housing
- Pilot contact and LED
- 400 Hz panel connector as per LN 9065
- Can be used for voltages of: 208V ~ 400 Hz
Relevant cable types:
- 4x1x50 + 4x1 mm²
- 4x1x70 + 4x1 mm²
- 7x35 + 6x3x1 mm²
Cross-section of connecting cable: 35 mm² or 50 mm² respectively(max. 70 mm²).
Pulling and insertion force (LN9065): approx. 380 N
Current loading capacity (LN29845): 200A continuous, short-term overload of 150%
Temperature range: - 55°C up to + 125°C
400Hz Connector - Build In model
This connector features:
- 2 cable bushings with a diameter of 11.1 mm
- 1 cable bushings with a diameter of 7.92 mm
Pulling and insertion force (LN9065): approx. 380 N
Current loading capacity (LN29845): 200A continuous, short-term overload of 150%
Temperature range: - 55°C up to + 125°C
400Hz Panel Connector - 2000 model

- 2 or 4 integrated pushbuttons (IP 67, water-tight, encapsulated)
