The Bernd Weigel Company of Germany has developed revolutionary precision water jetting method, offering the road and airport industry a completely new method of runway and road maintenance.

The TrackJet System removes nearly 100% of rubber build-ups and paint markings without touching the surface micro texture. TrackJet uses very little water applied by very high pressure but the computer controlled unique nozzle system enables environmentally friendly, extremely effective maintenance of all types of surfaces and allows even the cleaning of AGL and paint markings without any damage to sealing of the AGL or paint markings below.

Low fuel consumption and the fact that only one man is needed to operate the TrackJet helps to increase rubber removal intervals and thereby extending the lifespan of the runway surfaces, which further reduces the costs of runway maintenance.

Runway Maintenance Vehicle

It increases safety for landing aircraft because in general we reach friction values of between 0.7 and 0.9 after cleaning. It is for these reasons that BAA Airports Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted, Amsterdam Schiphol Int. Airport, Brussels Airport Company and many other important Airports have signed long-term service contracts with the Bernd Weigel Company.

However not only the Service Department is busy to maintain Airports Traffic Areas on Airports from Madeira and Lisbon to Domodedovo Russia together with partner Contractors having purchased the TrackJet in UK, Turkey and UAE servicing  airports in England, in Turkey and Iraq as well as in Abu Dhabi.

Precision Water Jetting Machine

The Sales Department is having its success in introducing this unique TrackJet technology globally. Airports from Vietnam – starting in 1998 --, Korea, West Europe, Russia, Turkey, Malaysia, India to the Arabian Peninsular and the USAF have purchased this technology, because more and more airport responsible realize that the Runway and other Traffic Areas are the most precious assets to be maintained with a damage free technology.
