FD 251
20.1" Rugged Flat Panel (1280 x 1024)
The FD 251, a 20.1" rugged display protected by a solid mechanical structure, delivers superior optical performance in harsh military environments.
The FD 251 is direct 19" rack mountable and is a form-fit alternative for Barco's MPRD 9600, RGD 600 and RGN 600 series. The display can optionally be equipped with Barco's patented LCD flicker compensation solution (LFC) and a composite video input.

RFD 251
20" Rugged Flat Display (1280 x 1024)
The direct 19" rack-mountable RFD 251 is a 20.1" rugged flat panel display which offers superior operational performance in harsh military environments.
The RFD 251 features a 20” MIL-tailored rugged LCD with a front bonded optical stack for improved optical performance and superior ruggedization. The RFD 251 is direct 19” rack mountable, has a shop-replaceable backlight tray and can be remotely controlled via a serial link. The Automatic Phase Adjust (APA) function locks the sampling clock to drifting graphics generator clocks. Furthermore, the RFD 251 can be equipped with Barco's unique patented LCD Flicker Compensation solution (LFC).
Special shipboard (RFD 251S, extended shock specifications) and airborne versions (RFD 251A, extended vibration specifications) have been designed to cope with the most extreme environmental conditions.

20" Rugged Flat Display for night bridge applications
The RFD 251NB Night Bridge display is Barco’s Rugged Flat Display specifically engineered for operation in low ambient light conditions, typically found on ship bridges during nighttime.
The display can be dimmed to extremely low light levels, previously only achievable with CRT technology. Moreover, the RFD 251NB unit meets the most demanding shock, temperature and vibration standards.
The RFD 251NB features a 20” MIL-tailored rugged flat display with a front bonded optical stack, protecting the display against humidity and condensation and significantly improving optical performance. The RFD 251NB is direct 19” rack mountable, has a shop-replaceable backlight tray and can be remotely controlled via a serial link.
