| Point-of-view calibration | PathQuest provides a unique feature of configuring the point-of-view of the map shown on the kiosk screen to match the actual view of the facility the user will see, standing at the position of the kiosk. The point-of-view calibration can be done for each kiosk, independent of other kiosks. This feature greatly enhances the effectiveness of the system in informing users of where they are in the facility and guiding them to their destination.

| Guided path with directions & landmarks | Once the user chooses a destination in the facility, PathQuest provides detailed information with directions and landmarks to get to the destination. Showing path, directions and landmarks makes the system highly effective in guiding users to their destinations. Additionally, showing landmarks can help the user choose between two destination points of the same type, as the user may want to stop by at other points of interest along the way. |
| Unlimited language support | PathQuest provides for adding and setting up of any number of new languages for the kiosk user interface. The administrator has to execute a simple wizard to add a language and input text in that language for different entities of the user interface. Kiosk users will then automatically get the option of selecting that language. Excellent support for languages makes the kiosk extremely versatile in serving at facilities that cater to international users.
