The horizontal Vessel model FW6-T-13/842-10 with End Opposed element configuration can be used up to a maximum Flow rate of 1717 USGPM (6500 lpm).
Optimised Pressure Vessels
As a result of the prescribed dimensions and consequent weight, it was precisely this 5th Edition of API 1581 which permitted only stationary use of the specially optimised pressure vessels until now.
The supplementary regulation Type S-LW now in force permits a size reduction in Filter-/Water Separators for mobile use.
This in turn makes them an interesting proposition again for use in Refuellers or Dispensers.
