SubscribeDensit a/s is exhibiting from 11-14th October at the INTERAIRPORT 2005 in Munich together with its German distributor and partner - Deutag GmbH & Co. KG.
It is the 2nd time that Densit a/s participates in this event and the first time for Deutag. The presence of our German distributor should assist us and in particular the German clients in regards of the many German regulations, norms and requirements that are to be followed and respected in constructing and maintaining airside pavements.
The exhibition in 2003 was a great success and many new contacts were established. Since then Densit a/s and its partners applied Densiphaltâ pavement solutions as overlays, new builds and refurbishments in airports like e.g. Copenhagen, Arlanda Stockholm, Newcastle airport and Catania Airport.
Densit a/s is the manufacturer of Densiphaltâ - a cementitious material with an ultra high strength reaching compressive strengths up to 110 MPa. The Densiphaltâ system is a composite consisting of an open graded asphalt with 25-30% voids being filled with the high strength Densiphaltâ material. Densiphaltâ is used in airports where requirements as cost effectiveness and minimum down-time are crucial. Furthermore, Densiphaltâ offers high resistance to rutting, wear, point loads, and fluids (e.g. de-icing agents, jet fuel, etc).
