Completion Management process steps
The process for the Completion Management will entail the following steps:
- Control critical path schedules
- Control resources allocated to the aircraft
- Outline tasks required to remain on-time, on-cost and on-quality
- Control and supervise required corrective action as result of regular on-site inspections
- Monitor parts and components selection and purchasing
- Set up and activate required vendor services
- Control compliance with the specifications and purchase agreement
- Control the final completion of the technical documentation
- Control the performance and configuration of the aeroplane
- Conduct the final inspection of the finishing quality
- Control the acceptance protocol
- Sign for acceptance - if required
- Control the transfer of title - if required
