SubscribeRecord sales growth has once again been reported by Marlborough as the company continues to experience heavy demand for its services from both airline and airport clients.
For the seventh consecutive quarter the Brussels-based Aviation Executive Search firm has recorded a substantial rise in its revenues. Furthermore, the first half of 2007 saw an overall rise of more than 60% versus the same period in 2006.
Commenting on these performances, Richard Lewis, Marlborough's Managing Director, declared: "The number of Executives we placed at clients within the first 6 months of 2007 matched the number of appointments for the same period last year, yet income has risen significantly. This clearly demonstrates a sharp increase in the number of top tier searches completed."
“2006 was the best trading year in the company's history, so naturally I'm delighted we're making real progress versus those results. We're continuing to perform well and are optimistic about another strong performance in 2007."
Speaking from the annual Airline Strategy Awards dinner in London, Lewis explained "We have just witnessed possibly the busiest six months of activity I have seen in my fifteen years' recruiting experience. We've hardly had the time to pause for breath, filling highly specialist aviation roles plus traditional Board level appointments across Europe, the Middle East and Africa."
