Corporate Visions' Global Aviation Training Institute is proud to announce that in conjunction with our partner universities Royal Roads University of Canada and Megatrend University of Applied Sciences of Serbia, our Graduate Diploma Program in Global Aviation Management is now offered as an on-site program at the facilities of Megatrend University of Applied Sciences in Belgrade, Serbia.

A learner entering into the Graduate Diploma Program can choose from one of four specializations: Airline Management; Airport Management; Aviation Safety & Security Management or Air Transport Operations Management.

A Graduate Diploma consists of 5 courses, chosen from one of the above areas of specialization. Each on-site course consists of 5 full days of lecture at Megatrend University in Belgrade, Serbia.

Thereafter a leaner will have a period of 4 weeks to complete and submit assignments and complete a group project. During this 4 week period, a Virtual Classroom will be made available to class participants.

Lectures will be given by our group of outstanding instructors, including: Dr. John Wensveen, Dr. Bijan Vasigh, and Mr. Armen DerHohannesian.

Upon successful completion of the five diploma Courses, Royal Roads University of Canada will grant a Graduate Diploma in Global Aviation Management.

Entry into the Graduate Diploma Program requires an undergraduate degree, OR work experience. An undergraduate degree is not a mandatory requirement for entry into this program.

Our Graduate Diploma program can also be taken as a fully on-line program.

We are also pleased to announce that we are now also offering a Seminar entitled “SURVIVAL STRATEGIES IN A COMMERCIAL JUNGLE.”

This seminar is an Airline Strategic Management Seminar presented by Dr. John Wensveen. This seminar provides an understanding of airline operations from a global perspective including the six regions of air transport as defined by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

Included are topics related to: recent trends and development, economics of air carriers, Yield Management and Revenue Maximization techniques, market and segment differentiation including the marketing process, diversification and the need to target profitable revenue streams, airline network/route planning including new product development, aircraft fleet issues, and the globalization of the airline business.
