ATCSimPro has been designed with the aim to bring a complete high performing solution to the ATC professional by rationalizing to the maximum development costs and without compromising quality.
ATC SimPro is a modern and revolutionary ATC simulation and data display concept that combines the advantages of generic simulators and high-fidelity, high demanding systems, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, starting from low budget projects up to large and complex real-time simulations.
Instead of replicating a particular existing ATC system, ATC SimPro provides an extensive set of libraries that support any feature known in current ATC systems worldwide and in addition supplies many advanced features, not yet fielded, that are currently being prototyped or subject of research. Therefore, ATC SimPro is much more than a training tool. It is also a valuable support for designers of future ATC systems, rapid prototyping projects and researchers.
The ATC SimPro software concept makes extensive use of open components and high performing graphics engines bringing to the market an unique product in terms of portability, performance and capabilities. The design team gathers a wide range of expertise combining many years of operational and technical knowledge in the ATC field with excellence in software development and emerging technologies.
Due to its flexible and open modular design, ATCSimPro is more than just a simulator being also able to receive and process live track and flight plan data in any standard format (e.g: ASTERIX) making it suitable for air situation displays or as a fallback facility for an existing real ATC system.
The ATC SimPro© ACC/APP Simulator supports:
Civil ATC:
- multi sector and multi-centre exercises
- basic navigation procedures and holding patterns, RNAV procedures, RVSM, 8.33, etc
- more than 100 civil and military aircraft types
