Thermal Imager with Best Thermal Sensitivity in the Detector Class 160 x 120 Pixels
Testo's new thermal imagers now offer the best thermal sensitivity in the class 120 x...
Defective components, e. g. in switching cabinets, can cause fires. With the new thermal imagers from Testo, materials are tested completely non-intrusively, visualizing problems before malfunctions or fire risks can occur.
Thanks to the high temperature resolution of the new Testo thermal imagers, the smallest temperature differences can be presented very accurately. Versatile and application-oriented, exchangeable lenses ensure that the right image section is always visible in the camera display. The additionally integrated digital camera considerably facilitates documentation. With the automatic Hot/Cold spot recognition, critical temperature stati are marked, guaranteeing uninterrupted error localization on site. Multi-page thermography reports can also be created quickly and easily with the new software.
Thanks to the practical Soft Case, the Testo thermal imager can always be carried safely during the inspection route. This means that it no longer needs to be held in your hand or stored in the case between measurements, but can be toted easily using the shoulder strap – day -to-day work is more flexible, both hands are free.
Electrical Maintenance WorkThermographic images allow early recognition of defective components and connections in low, medium and high voltage systems, so that the required targeted preventive steps can be taken. This minimizes the danger of fire risk. Documentation of results plays a particularly important part in preventive maintenance. The testo 875 and the testo 881 offer integrated measurement site management for the structuring of inspection routes. In addition to the infrared recording, a real image of the measurement site can be recorded with the integrated digital camera. The testo 881’s power LEDs also illuminate dark areas. The testo 881 additionally has a headset with a voice recording function. This can be used to directly store anomalies as spoken comments on the infrared image during the inspection route.
Building ThermographyWeak spots in the building shell or leaks in heating and ventilation systems can lead to high energy losses – and thus to high costs. Using the new thermal imagers from Testo, energy losses can be proven and documented precisely.
The new thermal imager testo 875 is especially suited for testing heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems quickly, easily and directly . The temperature distribution of a heating system, but also leaks, can be analyzed at a glance with the infrared measuring instrument. Rupture damage can thus be precisely located in inaccessible or hidden pipes without the need to open the wall or flooring.
