Lavatory Service Carts

Franke Care System offer a range of Aero Specialties lavatory service carts for a variety of aircraft. Carts are manufactured to exceed the rigours standards set down by the commercial aviation industry. The carts are produced around a stand-alone tank solution, which is housed in a corrosive-resistant aluminium enclosure, protecting the equipment from chemical spills and abrasive materials. Features of the Franke Care carts include, but are not limited to:

• Insulated compartments (for cold weather)

• Easy top access

The system benefits from being insulated and has an immersion heater that works to prevent freezing in the severely low temperatures. In addition, the top of the carts have easy-access for porta-potty dumping, so there are options when it comes to transferring waste from the aircraft.

The cart system is extremely compact and mobile, the fill hose and components being stored in the heated and insulated rear compartment. A stow nipple is designed to hold the hose and waste couple in place when not being used.

Compact Lavatory Service Carts

Aero Specialties range of LC60 lavatory service carts are especially designed for FBO and corporate applications. It may be small, but it can certainly deliver, sporting a heavy-duty towbar and decent sized waste tank (35 gallons). Also, the unit is small enough to fit through a commercial entrance, so there is no need to especially open hangar doors to store or fetch the equipment.
