ICC Extend Use of Apple Monitors Working With The ATRAK Suite of ATC Solutions

Initially used for their ATRAK-IMS Information Management System, ICC received such a positive response from air traffic controllers using the Apple displays that they have now implemented them across a number of other ATRAK applications. These include ATRAK-IMS PLUS® (Consolidated Executive, Planning and Information Management system), ATRAK-BYPASS® (Radar Fallback system) as well as ATRAK-FLT-BRIEF® (Flight briefing/planning system) amongst others.

ICC selected the Apple display following extensive testing and trials to ensure that the quality and resolution of the display met the demanding and precise needs of the air traffic controller. With a 30-inch (29.7-inch viewable) display, 2560 x 1600 optimal resolution and 16.7 million colours the Apple display offers exceptional quality and value.
