Our Turnkey Services

Air FieldTurf provides complete turnkey services for aviation turf applications - from design and development through manufacturing, installation and post-construction. Air FieldTurf is the only aviation turf firm that offers complete turnkey services and is not dependent on outside manufacturing and installation vendors.

Air FieldTurf maintains a manufacturing and warehousing facility in Dalton, Georgia, USA, as well as subsidiary locations worldwide. This plant employs crews of manufacturing professionals working 24-hours a day to produce turf products.

A strict quality control system assures the highest quality standards for artificial turf production. Worldwide, teams of Air FieldTurf certified technicians are trained in all facets of synthetic turf installation, including safety, security, and FOD considerations.

These approved installers work under the direct supervision of certified installation supervisors. All supervisory personnel are certified by the turf manufacturer as qualified to perform installation of this material (including sewing seams and proper installation of in-fill).
